1220 hours. The Dix Hills Fire Department responds to 8 Talisman Drive in regards to a house fire. Units arrive to find an active fire in a  garage attached to a private dwelling. Mutual aid requested from the Commack Fire Department for at RIT, Greenlawn FD for an engine to the scene. Huntington Manor and Melville FD's sent units to cover for the duration.
