Crash with Pin on Commack Rad

On Friday, June 29 at 1848 hours the Commack Fire Department was alerted to a Motor Vehicle Accident at the corner of Commack Road and Daly Road. Upon arrival it was discovered that three people inside of the black sedan were pinned in the vehicle and unable to get out, including a child who was seated in the passenger side rear in a child seat. Under the command of Chief of Department Myers and Assistant Chief Barry, firefighters were able to quickly extricate the three people from the vehicle without incident. All occupants were transported to an area hospital by Commack Ambulance. The Dix Hills Fire Department also operated at this scene.
