1740. Nesconset FD is dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at Middle Country Road and Hillcrest Drive. Units arrive to find a multi-vehicle crash with one subject pinned. Crews went to work to remove the occupants and an additional ambulance was requested to the scene from the St. James FD.
